“OMNIA” CAPS - Ф82.30mm
Used materials: - Cold rolled aluminum sheet alloy 8011A +;
- Interior and exterior protective lacquer coating;
- Oil-resistant red or brown plastisol in conformity with Regulation (EU) № 10/2011.
- Color: Gold
- Packaging: Standard packaging is 50 pcs. in a plastic bag with a label; 1 cardboard box contains 20 packages (1000 caps). We also offer different packages from the standard one, tailored to the specific requirements of the customer. The production of this type of cap is intended both for the Bulgarian market and for the markets in Romania, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
The company ET "NOVA-Borislav Borisov" is one of the main producers of this type of cap in Bulgaria. For many years our caps "OMNIA", sold under the trademark "NOVA LOVECH", are a reference for quality on the Bulgarian market. These caps are used to preserve fruits, vegetables and meat at home using a closing device. The caps are suitable for sterilization up to 121° C.

- Packaging: Standard packaging is 20 or 50 pcs. in a plastic bag according to the specific requirements of the customer. The production of this type of cap is intended mainly for the markets in Romania, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

"TWIST-OFF" CAPS Ф82mm
Used materials: - White tin-plated sheet DR-8 / DR-9;
- Inner and outer double-protective lacquer coating
- Color: Gold, Silver,White, Red, Black, Lithography with fruits or vegetables - Registered Community Designs, Lithography White and Red lines, Lithography Honey-comb, Lithography "3 Bees"and "Bee with flower"-Registered Community Designs. We also offer different colors and designs from the standard ones, according to the customer’s specific requirements.
- Packaging: Standard packaging is 10 pcs. in a plastic bag; 1 cardboard box contains 80 packages (800 caps). We also offer loose caps – 800 pcs. in a cardboard box, and a package other than the standard one, according to the customer's specific requirements.
- The caps can be manufactured with a RTS profile (TO cap with step-like profile of the channel for a PVC seal) or RSV (RTS profile with a vacuum button) depending on the customer's individual needs.
The caps meet the requirements for the preservation of all kinds of food products, not only in domestic but also in industrial conditions. They are suitable for sterilization up to 121° C and pasteurization up to 105° C.
